HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at deletion@aiart.com from the email address associated with your account.

Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Account email address
- Request for complete account deletion
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Wait for confirmation - We will respond within 48 hours to confirm receipt and provide an estimated completion timeframe.

Account deletion completed - You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

PROCESSING TIME

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days from the date of confirmation. During peak periods, this may take up to 30 days.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, including transaction records, fraud prevention data, and communications related to account termination. This data is retained for a minimum of 7 years or as required by applicable laws.

Anonymized Analytics Data

Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and analytics purposes. This data cannot be linked back to individual users.

Backup Systems

Deleted data may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days due to technical limitations and disaster recovery requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTES

IRREVERSIBLE ACTION

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including generated images, saved prompts, and account history, will be permanently removed from our systems.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Deleting your account will automatically cancel any active subscriptions. You will not receive refunds for remaining subscription periods. Please cancel subscriptions separately if desired.

GOOGLE PLAY DATA

This deletion request applies to your AIArt account data only. Google Play Store purchase history and app installation data are managed separately by Google and are not affected by this deletion request.
